¿Qué es un Remate Bancario?

Es una forma de invertir o adquirir inmubles muy por debajo de su valor comercial, teniendo utilidades entre el 40% y 70%.

¿Por qué los inmuebles tienen descuento?

Cuando una persona solicita un crédito para comprar su casa y para respaldarlo deja una garantía hipotecaria y no lo paga, el banco transfirere la garantía con el fin de saldar la deuda y hace el remate para recuperar su dinero.

¿Qué seguridad te damos?

Te firmamos un contrato de intermediación mercantil y una cesión de derechos ante notario público que respalda tu inversión en un 100%.

¿Puedo adquirir un remate con un crédito?

No, un remate bancario debe de ser liquidado de contado a la firma de cesión de derecho.

¿Qué tanto tardamos en entregar el inmueble?

Los remates bancarios requieren de un juicio, dependiendo de la etapa del jucio se entrega entre 5 y 18 meses. Al elegir el remate en el que estás interesado, vas a contar con la fecha de entrega estimada. 

Cabe mencionar que nuestro contrato es sumamente puntual y de no entregarte en el tiempo que tenemos estipulado hay una penalización para nuestra parte por un 3% por cada mes de retraso.
